Paint, Paint and more Paint!

The house is coming along. Everything is done except the kitchen and one bathroom. We're hoping to move April 4th as long as we get most of the kitchen done. Kaleb and Ashton have been really good the last couple of months letting us drag them around trying to get the house ready. I think they've been to Lowes 20 times in the last couple of months. But they do love playing swords with the paint sticks there. Ashton fell asleep drinking his milk in the car Saturday.I'll try to post pictures of the house soon.
The boys were helping put the closet doors back on last night.
I tried to get a picture of both of them together but here's what happens. Ashton either won't look at me or he wants the camera.
The last owners left a lot of furniture and things that we were able to use. One of the things I love is the original light fixture that was in our bedroom.

I'm always so amazed when I hear of friends my age getting houses and things...you know, growing up. Well, I won't have to grow up for AGES. Tyson heads to med school in August and a house is FAR in the future for me. p.s. That's awesome that the light fixture was in the house for you!

You guys have done an amazing job! It will nice when you can rest and enjoy it! Or at least until the next project starts! It is such a wonderful feeling to know that you own your home and have put all of that hard work into it! I can't wait to see the finished product!
